How can you send a database status message/ notification to many Power BI products at once?

Hi

I am looking for a way to send an update notification to various power BI products.

Sometimes a scheduled refresh from a database fails and this impacts many Power BI products. It would be handy to have a text box or splash screen that can be updated without needing to open up any Power BI products.

How could this be done?

Hi @henrycqc,  this is more of a Database Platform question.  What type of messaging does it offer?   Would you be more clear as to what the platform is, and its current feature set?   What administrative monitoring is in place now?

Hi @foodd , In my team we don't have any control over the database. General messages can be sent by email groups to users of the products but these emails can be overlooked, go unread and people just get information overlord.
We wanted to embed the messaging within the power BI products so that they appear when the user is opens the reports. Currently, we had to go through each product and manually add a text message to the home screen, which was time consuming, so I am looking for a better way to do this.
