How can we make such visual in power bi?

The following visual is made in Tableau and I want to replicate it in power bi

I'm afraid there's no built-in chart which is totally same with your chart in power bi, but you can use a Line Chart instead as below:

 

Or you can create a custom R visual as zoloturu meationed which can meet your requirement.

It is for sure should be a R custom visual. Only there you are able to compare several charts. It requires a Data Gateway which will be a bridge between your computer and Power BI Service, where your report can be published.
