How can we achieve this visualization?
Dear experts , could you please help me , can we make the above viz in power BI ? A , B & C are the different values of the same metric.
A = Primary Value, B = Current Value , C = Target Value.

If none of the custom visuals meets your need, other alternatives include using the R or Python visuals (if you know some R or Python), or you can use Chariticulator (a no-code DIY visuals provided by Microsoft). See this link for a demo of Charticulator. To do your visual, you would need to add 4 "Mark"s to the Glyph (3 ovals and the line). You could get the 3 colors on the ovals but I doubt you could make the multi-colored line.

That video is a good intro, and there are others. It is a little tricky getting started, but once you get it (I'm still not 100%), it is pretty powerful/flexible. I made a crude one quickly just to confirm I was sending you down a good road. Here is what it looks like. If you are still interested, I encourage you to watch the videos.

Search for "linear gauge" in the visuals marketplace.
Thanks for your kind response , but linear gauge is actually not exactly matching with the visual which I need to replicate.
