How can i hide some page?

Hi  I have a question if I want to specify who has access to which pages individually. And unnamed pages don't need to be displayed. What can I do?

    Hi Anonymous ,

As danextian mentioned, Power BI currently does not support dynamic access to pages, but you can also consider the following two alternatives.

    • Create a workspace app. You can publish the report to the workspace, and then pin each page of the report to a dashboard. Then create an app, add dashboards as content, and set the audience to control dashboard display and access. Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

    • The second method is to insert the Power BI report pages into the Power Apps application. And connect the table of page access permissions to Power Apps application. Then set the page switch button. You can determine whether the current user can access the corresponding page in the Disable property of the button. If the result returns false, then disable the button. This method requires knowledge of Power Apps and a Powe Apps license.
