Average_Coliform = AVERAGE('YourTableName'[Coliform])
Average_EB = AVERAGE('YourTableName'[EB])
Average_Mold = AVERAGE('YourTableName'[Mold])
Average_TPC = AVERAGE('YourTableName'[TPC])
Average_Yeast = AVERAGE('YourTableName'[Yeast])
