How can I use complex primary and foreign ID keys

I want to create a relation with all tables but for Drivers and Products Table there is no any relationship

You don't need to create relationships between the Drivers and The Product tables, creating relationships from these two tables to the Delivery table will form a start schema. It could be one to many. Using different techniques in DAX, you will be able to create  calculations as needed using functions like CROSSFILTER:
