How can I undo the 2020 power bi june update

please can anyone tell me how to undo the new ribbon style. I cannot find anything anymore. Please help.

where can I go to create a custom column for instance?

There is a setting you can toggle in the options menu:



Keep in mind that this feature is most likely soon going to be removed from preview features.

thx for reply, I see this was marked as a solution but it is not actually.

the option to remove the tick for updated ribbon is not available unfortunately, so guess I am stuck with the new layout.

why all these changes to the layout of where to find all functionality???

That means that the feature is no longer in preview and therefore you will not be able to disable it with the current version. My general advice is to just go with it, you might not like it but it's a released feature and there's not much to do about it apart from comunicating your concern.

If you insist on working with the old layout you will need an older version of Power BI Desktop, MS does not provide an achive of older versions so you will need to locate one either from a colleague that has yet to update or from a 3rd party source on the web.
