How can I sort the Y-axis in a bar chart

Dear all,

I have two questions for below bar chart:

1. Question: With the same value, how can I make the y-axis display by the number(which means, Q10 should be the last to display)

2.How can I adjust the x-axis to only display integer(remove 0.5 because all my data are integer, there is no need to show decimal)

For 1, you can make a table that lists your Q numbers and the order they should be sorted in, and then pick sort by that new column

For 2, probably just trial and error with graph settings
