How can I manage multiple users account

Hi there, I'm new fish on Power BI and not good at descript my problem. Please be considerated.

May I know any shorter way to control my reporting. 

For example, I designed the same report for 10 clients and its connected by SQL server (with same format).

How can I publish the report to 10 clients with different SQL server.

Also, how can I publish the report to 10 clients after the report have some modification.
