How can I login PowerBI desktop?

I have a Pro account, but when I login desktop, the page disappeared after it requested the microsoft account. Can you tell me the reason.

Are you using PowerBI Desktop in a VM environment?
If so, check the login experience and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi @xiaoning 

Please open Power BI Desktop
Dont login
Go to Option
Insert below configuration and close the Power BI Desktop
Open again power bi desktop file and when you click on Login, you can login through your web browser (same how you use Power BI Service)
Login through web browser
