How can I get data through powerbi when its a shared email box?

Hi Team,

 

I tried to get emails to PowerBI using get data->Online service->Microsoft Exchange Email.

 

But the problem is its a shared email id. So it doesnt have passoword.

 

So when i tried connecting without password. Its unable to connect.

 

Could you please help me.

    Hi treesa2010 ,

     

    If you want to connect to a shared mailbox via Power BI, I suggest you to click on “Get data” and select the “Exchange Online”, then choose "Microsoft Account" in Power BI Desktop. If you have access

    Then choose OAuth2 authentication in Power BI Service and check if you can connect successfully.

    Anonymous Thanks for the help. I reached till Microsoft Exchange. But i dont have a password to give as its a shared mail box because of which i cannot connect.
