How can I embed a graph on the internet with special features

I would like to embed a graph like this on the internet like this guy https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiMTQ1NmFjZTUtYjVhZC00MjFmLTkzZTktMWFhNmQxNjZiNzYwIiwidCI6Ijc3N...

But I am afraid that other people could see it. At least, how can I be sure that there is a noindex no follow tag on this page such that google do not index this please ?

I can't see the graph of the report, i'm waiting for loading over 5 minutes but nothing shows.
