How can I create a map visualization without accessing Bing Maps ?

My web browser can't not access Bing.com or Bing Maps and Maps Visualization in Power BI Desktop doesn't work.   Please help me another way to create map visualization without access Bing.Com...

    Hi TrucNguyen90,Power bi map visual is based on bing map engine so you need to keep the connection to the bing map service.
    For your scenario, I'd like to suggest you try or use other types of map visual(e.g. ArcGIS map) if your network has blocked the request to Bing services.

    Thank you for your help. I'll try a different visual. By the way, could you tell me what differences between Bing Maps vs ArcGIS map ?

    Because I'd used Bing Maps Visual and I've never used ArcGIS before.
