How can I construct a Top Publishers Table (incorporating weekly rank and WoW difference)?

Hi -

I need to construct a table in my Dashboard that looks like the image above, where it shows the top 20 partners/publishers with its weekly ranking, the change of ranking from last week, the number of actions last week (WoW Diff), and the change of WoW.

The problem is that I am struggling to know where to start.

First place you need find Current Week and Previous Week Values using Measures (DAX)

Then you need to create Rank for Current week and Last Week based on respective measures

Then the comparison can happen.
