This would allow the x axis to have different categories but with two columns for each category. For example, an actual performance and target performance. Is this no longer available or is there another way to display this?

If so, I have value in the Y axis, the attribute (very low, low, med etc.) in the legend and then I have the attribute and the time period both in my X axis. The attribute is at the top and the period is at the bottom as I wanted to attribute to take precedence in the visualisation.
