How can I analyse data of the same person in Excel board

Hi everyone !

I have a problem with my reporting. I've an Microsoft Forms connect to an Excel board and I use it to analyse data. The main goal of this Flow report is to follow evolution of collaborators satisfaction. Everything works good but when I try to complete the Forms second times I have the following error message : "The column 'Name Collab' in the table 'Report Collab' contain a duplicate value 'Name of collab'. This is forbidden for unilateral columns in relation many-to-one or in columns which are used like primary key of a table."

So as you can see I can't create a graph to show evolution of collaborators during 2 or 3 satisfaction campaigns.

Sorry for my english, I hope I was clearly.

Ask me if you have questions and thank you for your precious time.actualisation.PNGExcel data.PNG

Hi  @richardboom

It seems you may try to set the relationship as Many-to-Many. Here are the documents for your reference. If it is not your case, please share your pbix file. You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here.
