    Hi Kealkil4,

There is no Content Pack or Connector for Survey Monkey currently as smoupre mentioned above.

However, from one comment of Mike Snow in the idea here, you should be able to get data from Survey Monkey into Power BI Desktop in a indirect way currently: First export data to CSV from Survey Monkey, import it to a worksheet, and then consume the worksheet with Power BI.

Could you go to check if it works?:smileyhappy:

    Regards

I have committed to Analyse the results of a Survey for a group to which I belong.

I will try the CSV route once the Survey replies are complete, and will advise on how I get on.

  • I use EXCEL (2016) to get my survey results. (Insert > Store "Scroll down or search for the Survey Monkey add-In" follow instructions). Then run a macro to convert to a table and refresh. This file then feeds to Power BI where a cross analysis with other data sets (such as income). It's a very good way to analyse customer insights and check to see if there is a correlation on sales / customer service. You can react in near real time when customers are displeased or when income is low.

Hi Dave - can you share the macro to convert the survey monkey export to a table?  There is always a lot of transposing to do before being able to analyze in Power BI
