How add comments in power BI desktop

HI ALL,

i need to know that is there any option to insert comments(TEXT) using power BI visuals/ Custom visual, the target db is SQL.

YES , we want to insert comments back into SQL database , we have done this using power app but it needs premium licence which is too expensive we have lot of users,

is there any alternative ?
