How To show average values in matrix visual

Hey team little help here as you can see ,

I have a matrix visualization here 

that have area - row wise and controls - column wise

i need to find the average of these values,

also i have provided a measure as my values in here 

 

need average both in column and row wise!!!

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

I am not sure on when you say you want to find average of values, what you are looking for?

Is the average of the percentage measure that you are displaying in the matrix? At what level you want the average?

Can you share you measure please?

in the value field of the matrix  , i have been using a measure that displays percentages

I need to find the averages of these percentages row wise and column wise
