How To Extract More Than 26 Months Of Data From Google Analytics
The Google Analytics "Get Data" connector for Google Analytics is excellent. However, 26 months of data is a big downside.
Is there a way to extract a larger dataset? I would like to be able to go back 5 years.
Thank you!
Hi ShrimpCreole
From what I understand, this may be due to your data retention settings in Google Analytics.
By default, they are set to purge after 26 months.
To change this, go into your Google Analytics Admin settings for your account: Property Settings > Tracking Info > Data Retention.
