Helper IHow External Users Can See There Reports And My Reports In A Single Place
Hi Guys,
Hope you are doing well.
I have a query I have external users which I am adding in my AD and providing them power bi reports access. But is there any way that they can see all there power bi reports and my reports in a single place.
Eg there report 1. Sales Report 2. Finance Report
My Report 1. DSR report
So all these 3 reports in a single place.

The best and easiest way to achieve that, is to create an app in Power BI
In Power BI Service, an app is a packaged collection of dashboards, reports, and datasets that can be shared with users or groups in your organization.
It allows you to organize related content, control access permissions, and provide a streamlined, read-only experience to end users. Apps are ideal for distributing insights at scale in a consistent and secure way.
