- The tracker might be using the DATEDIFF logic, which usually doesn’t include both the start and end dates. This could explain why you’re seeing a 6-day range instead of 7 days.
- If weekends are not counted, the tracker might be using a business-day calculation like NETWORKDAYS, which only includes working days.
- Some session types, such as homeroom, small groups, or assemblies, might not be counted or are handled differently, depending on how the system is set up.
