Horizontal alignment in Power BI Table visual

Unfortunately, no, the standard Microsoft Power BI Table and Matrix visuals do not support vertical alignment of cell contents.

Try using below custom visuals:-

• HTML Content visual
• Power KPI Matrix

Power BI doesn't currenlty support custom vertical alignment both in matrix and table visuals. Text are always  top-aligned.
