Is there an option to rotate Tornado chart or a horizontal chart similer to tornado chart ?

Sadly, There is no way you can rotate the tornado char.
and I have search on App source I could not find the horizontal version of tornado chart. Not even in paid version.

There is no such type of graph available on Power BI.

Technically you can achieve it by multiplying values that you want to be under 0 with -1
and hiding "-" of the y-axis with a white shape.

From the aspect of effective data visualization, these graphs are just unreadable.

I appreciate the work you've put in, but this isn't what I'm looking for. It doesn't display both the positive and negative aspects for each month or QTY as Tornado does. What I'm after is the enrollment and withdrawal data for each QTY or month over the past four years. I managed to achieve this for one year using Tornado, but I also want to present it horizontally. Therefore, I merged the column chart as sent ealier. That does the work but the lines are not alined when I change it to months. (Some lines are thiker that negative lines)
