Highlighting a row in drill through

Can we highlight a record in drill through page, by which we drill from main page. Every time it highlight or some sort of coloring on that record whatever we select in main page, it will automatically color or highlight in drill through page the same record.

What drill through will be doing is applying the same filter context to the visual that you have in the drill through the page. 
So I think it is not an option to highlight the record What you can do is add a KPI card that can show the value which was used to drill through.
