Highlight word in table

Hey there,   I have this table:   Can I highligt the word in custom matching the keyw?

The only option I can think of is this.

 

Split the column in 3 parts: First half sentence + Keyword + Second half sentence

 

is this possible and how?

    Hi Anonymous 

    Select column, right click the select "Split by Delimiter"
