Hierarchy showing levels without nodes

I don't think there is way hide these rows directly. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature.
In addition, an alternative option is to turn off "Stepped layout" and "Row subtotals" which should somehow hide the rows. :smileyhappy:

Thanks v-ljerr-msft I'll give that a try and see If I can get my matrix to look better.
I have found some more info regarding this and as I understand it this is solved in SQL Server AS 2017 (Compatibility level 1400).
Actually when I wrote my post yesterday I did not know that this was called "Ragged Hiererchy". It's easer when you know what to google :)
