Hierarchy - remove duplicates

Hi

 

i am not sure if this can be done , but imagine we have this

 

groupmanagerline managerline manager +2
group1John Doepeter griffinMoe Szyslak
group2bart simpsonJohn Doepeter griffin
group 3mortypeter griffinMoe Szyslak
group 4margepeter griffinMoe Szyslak
group 5maggiemortypeter griffin
group 6lisamarge

peter griffin

 

is there any way that if we search for all groups depending of peter griffin, i don´t have his name two times, just one with all people under him and a plus with people depending of others hanging from peter?

 

i am not sure how to attach a pbix file in case i can
