Hierarchy levels in matrix

Hi

I have made a matrix with 4 hierarchy levels on the rows.  Power BI places each level in a new column right to the previous one. As a consuequence the data are forced to the right side. (and getting out of my screen) .

 

How can the levels of the hierarchy be placed below each other (thereby aving screen space)?

    Hello. Maybe you can try transposing the matrix and use the hierarchy for rows instead of columns. Another way is to drilldown instead of expanding the next level.

    In a different thought you can add slicers to help the exploration to be smaller.

    Hi vierkant,

     

    Currently, the hierarchy will place each level at the right to the previous one by default. It is not supported to change its position. You could submit your feature request at this page, if it is mentioned by many times, our product team will consider adding it to later version. Thanks for your understanding.
