Hierarchy Slicer

Hi All,   I have created the hierarchy in my report and want to use it in the hierarchy slicer(Custom Visual). The data contains as below: Level1  Level2  Level3 Level4 0          1000     1100 ...

Anonymous , why level 2 is empty when you have value at levels 3 and 4 ?

    Hi amitchandak,

     

    I have calculated the hierarchy path using path function. And the path is up to 4 levels depend on the users available in the organization, the users in the organization structure as below:

    1. Corporate User

    2. Banner User

    3. Region User

    4. Store user

     

    We have also used the embedded environment for Multitenancy (Single report and multiple datasets per tenant).

     

    In the report, I have used all four columns in the hierarchy. 

     

    The problem here is that, if in any tenant having only users type as 1,2,4 or 1,3,4 or 1,4 then one or two columns remain blank and it shows the blank entry in the Hierarchy.
