Hierarchy Assistance - Linking Columns

Hi all,

First time poster as I am somewhat of a beginner for Power BI.

I have a data table of team members completing work for daily statistics records, and each row is made of one days work. Within the table I have 4 sets of 3 columns (1st set being mandatory) for them to complete.

I want to "group" or "link" these columns together for graphing purposes, but I am not sure of the best way to approach this. Any recomendations?
