Hierarchical Display

Hi All,

I have two pie charts(displaying current year & last year data) loaded with below hierarchy.

Courntry -> State -> City

When I am selecting the Country name in slicer, usually power BI will display only Country name with single color in both the pie charts.

But the requirement is, when we are selecting the Country name in slicer the associated states has to be display in both the pie charts.

That said, skipping the Hierarchy. selecting the Country name in slicer should display the states in pie charts.

Any one,please help on this.

    premsagar I don;t think you can auto drill down to next level based on slicer selection. may be you can take advantage of bookmarks

      parry2kThanks for the suggestion, But keeping bookmark for each hierachy based on slicer value may lead to the complex performance issue. Not sure,how can we achieive it through bookmarks!!!

        premsagar I understand bookmark can be too much to manage but I'm afraid if there is any other solution until we create another calculated table and use dynamix x-axis, there are posts and video of dyamic x-axis, may be you want to look at this. here is one for refernece.
