Hiding rows with no data

My Matrix currently looks like this:

 

 

 

 

The columns are all measures. I have my filters set to not show blanks along with filtering the dataset to not show them however the rows still appear. is there a way to eliminate the rows with no visual data?

    It is hard to reproduce your problem, could you please post your sample file to have a test if possible?
