@Anonymous , You can manually reduce the size to 0, But I doubt there is a way in the standard matrix.
Or you can have a measure to give blank values for this value.

There is no such an visibility option that supports to conditionally hide/show column in Matrix. One option is to hide or show the values in the column is by creating measures, but column headers will still appear even if there is no data.
