Hiding certain columns in matrix visual

Hi. Does anyone have a solution to hide certain columns in a matrix visual? Earlier posts do not seem to solve my problem. Simply hiding the columns by dragging them is not an option, since my real d...

    Hi Quentidus 
    There is no option to hide a column in the matrix visual.
    If the second column here is just for "totals" 

    You can create a matrix with multiple-column totals with calculated groups instead of using unnecessary columns.
