Hiding a multi-row card

So, i need help with a project, i'm trying to create an interative gym workout dashboard, one of the cards is supposed to show links to videos teaching the exercises, but when no exercise is selected it still shows the first one and i can't figure out how to hide it when it is not filtered through the other card.
