Hiding Blank values but keeping the row

I have a screenshot of my matrix below. It shows customer orders on credit hold and their corresponding invoices balances that are past due. I am trying to filter out all the invoices with and outstanding balance of $0 or are blank, but when I filter that it removes the order details completely because that customer have zero invoices with an outstanding balance. How do I keep the row with the order details but hide the blanks??
