Is there a way to hide the measures/data table or anything for that matter in Power BI Desktop?
I have recently faced this issue that a file with some complicated measures malfunctioned because one of the other users tried to play with those measures and failed miserably.
The time I took to write those queries was far less than the time I spent going through each of these.
Hey @Atif ,
I assume you provide access to your pbix file.
It's not possible to add this kind of "protection" to your pbix file, you might consider the pbix file the source code of your insight. The Power BI workspace as some kind of code repository and the Power BI App the compiled version.
To share insights with colleagues who are not as experienced as you are, publish your pbix file to the Power BI Service, Create an App, and provide access to this app to your colleagues. All your colleagues need a Power BI Pro license.
Hopefully, this provides some new ideas on how to tackle your challenge.
Regards,
Tom
