Hide tooltips that are generated by non-tooltip fields
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi KMZ_ESS ,
Based on my testing, please try the following methods:
1.Create the simple table.
2.Drag the To.lat and To.Lon field into the Tooltip.
3.Create the new page as Tooltip and turn on Allow use as tooltip.
4.Drag the To.lat and To.Lon field into the column.
5.In the Map visual Format visual, select tooltip, change the type to report page and change the page into the Tooltip page.
6.The result is shown below. The map only show the other field.

Is there any way to format the tooltip page the same way that the tooltips are? So all category labels in the first "column" and the values in the second. If I use a table or multirow card on the tooltip page, each category label has its own column, in which case there is not enough space to display all data.
The best that I could come up with is to use text boxes for the category labels and beside that a card with just the value and no title or category label. Is there an easier way? Thanks a lot! 🙂
