Hide/show visuals based on which of the multiple slicer on a page is used

Hello Community,

I have 3 slicers on a page for example- Region, Country & City.

Now based on which slicer is being sliced out of the three, I want to show a multi card visual showing information like-Related regions/countries/cities.

And if nothing is selected, I show a card that says-Please select something. (this part I have already done)

Can anyone suggest how to hide/ show the visual based on which slicer is being used?

I don't think is oing to work as I am looking to provide a list of Regions,Countries and Cities to chose from.
