Hide secondary y-axis

If I google, all questions go back to 2019 or 2020. Previously you had this button:

Has it received a replacement? Because I can't find it. I need to be able to show the relative size of the line's value within the context of the bars, but that can be only achieved when the y-axis are on the scale.

If you toggle the Secondary y-axis Values on and then off again

This change is terrible. Someone at Microsoft please fix this. I have many existing reports that are now showing inaccurate information because of this change.
