Hide rows in matrix table without affecting subtotal

Hi,   Is it possible to hide rows in matrix table without affecting subtotals and impacting other visuatizations?   In below table i dont want to show row totals for Tier 4 but subtotal to still ...

    Hey dokat ,

     

    basically, you can't hide something, Tier 4 is shown in my sample because of this property

    If you deactivate the property Tier 4 will be automatically "excluded" from the row headers.

Hey dokat ,

 

maybe this measure provides what you are looking for:

Sales w/o Tier4 = 
IF( SELECTEDVALUE( 'Sales'[Tier] ) = "Tier 4"
    , BLANK()
    , SUM( 'Sales'[Sales] )
)

It seems that the below table visual provides what you are looking for:
