Hi, @Giada_Togliatti
PowerBI doen't support remove or hide table column name.
As a workaround, you can change the header font color as 'white' and 'outline ' as 'none' in format pane to hide it.
The result will show as below:
You can also try to rename table column name to "." .

You can turn the visual header off in the formatting pane
It will not be visible once the report is published to the service

@PaulDBrown , the problem is that I have a table, the visual header wre off but I still see them, is it possible only with matrix?
The visual header will not be visible once you publish it to the service.
You will still see it in Desktop.

Are you in "edit" view in the service? Try with "Reading View"
