Hide/display depending on blank values

Is there a way to dispaly only the total when level3 and level1 are blank?

I have a second question: when I export the report to pdf, it doesn't dispaly all row and columns, how to correct it?

1. It impossible to realize the idea in current version( 2.80.5803.1061 64-bit (April 2020) ).

2. Are you talking about this?

Indeed, if the chart is too large it can not be displayed completely when we export to PDF.
