Hide column based on row level security

Hello Power Users,

I have developed a report in power bi desktop and implemented the simple row level security. One role for State =CA and second one is State=NJ and i have the state slicer in the report page and a matrix visual. When user logged into power bi service and if the user have access to "CA" then he will able to see 5 columns and If another user logged in and have access to "NJ" then he will be able to see 7 columns. We can not use page navigation or tabular editor. 

How can i achieve this.

This is not what i'm looking for.  i need hide text columns when user selects in slicer.
