Hi PBIraja ,
I think you just need to create a sum measure and add that measure into the visual level filter of your Slicer and set it to show items when value =1. Then the values of your Slicer will unhide when value in that column = 1 and hide when value = 0.
Measure:
Filtre Measure = SUM('Manager / Employee'[Column])Result is as below.
Column value =1
Column value =0
