Hide URL dax link text from table column

Is this possible in table visual to hide dax url code when hover over. With online suggestions I turned on the tooltip and set the tranparency to 100%, with this it hide the hover over on all other columns but not on the text url. I am adding pictures for reference. What I am trying to do is when we hover over the text link row it should show nothing (no tooltip) or some customize text.

@annam , This is how I did it. I created a page of 1px by 1px. And use that as tooltip page

Hi @annam
Unfortunately, we don't have an option for conditional hiding/formatting of tooltips.
So it is or switch off all tooltips or stay with this url...

With url icon if I set to transparency to 100% it'll hide the link code. But what I have done here with conditional formatting added the query string code which gives me the result for all related ado queries. And when I hover over it shows me the whole code whether the tooltip is off or on with 100 transparency. Above snip is just dummy data.
