Hide Table(s) in report connected to a PBI live connection

Hi,

We do have 1 PBI shared dataset - from there lot of variety reports deevloped using live connection.

On some of power BI Live connection reports want to allow end-user to play with 'Personalize Visual' - currently it shows entire data model.

Is there a way to hide one or more tables in report connected to a PBI live connection?  so want to share the tables relevant to that report only.

Thanks and Regards,

Sri

Well, not true. You can hide those tables using Perspectives.

If you use Tabular Editor external tool it allows you to create them and select fields to be a member of a Perspective.

Then it will appear on a dropdown list that you have once you enabled the option to Personalize Visuals and once selected end users will only see fields that are a member of that Perspective.

@Anonymous , Not sure about it. Right-click on the table and check does it show the hide option.
