Hide Tab Names in Power BI Report

Hi All,

Is it possible to hide default tab names/page names which appear on left hand side (when new look on) or bottom (when new look off) of a power BI report. I have a requirement to create cutom tab names on top of the report using bookmark functionality and hide the default tab names. Please let me know if this is possible in power BI.

Regards,

Sneha

You cannot hide all the pages in the power BI report and at least you need to keep a page which is unhidden.

And you can just hide the pages pane in power BI service.

Simply right-click on the report page tab, and select Hide from the menu that appears. There are a few considerations to keep in mind when hiding a report page: You can still see a hidden report view when in Power BI Desktop, even though the page's title is grayed out.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can hide all the tabs/pages except at least 1 page in your report. In this way, you won't be able to see the pages in report in services.
Also, you can create custom buttons inside report canvas for bookmarking. Please note that thse buttons will be inside the report canvas(area) and not in the default pages section.

Give a thumbs up if this post helped you in any way and mark this post as solution if it solved your query !!!
