    1050 sounds like a really old system.  Is that SQL Server 2000 or similar?

Hi , 

Sorry not sure if it is SQL server 2000 or which version. Just figured that it was just a lot many rows close to 70 million and that is why things were going crazy.

Have added a few more filters and now the issue is fixed ..thanks
